Telephone

Every apartment is equipped with telephone cables. If occupants need connection and additional extensions, they can contact a telecommunication provider directly.

The residents are required to arrange electricity connection to their own apartment.

Water to the apartments is centrally metered with the cost being apportioned as part of the strata levies and in accordance with the appropriate unit entitlement. Individual water connection to the apartments is not required.
