Ace Body Corporate Management provides professional skills for all the facets of the strata. This includes facilities management, defect administration, litigation and the management of Strata Management Statements for multi-strata developments.

The responsibility of the Strata Manager is to ensure administrative compliance of the Owners Corporation. It is also the responsibility of the Strata Manager to assist and advise the Executive Committee on any necessary and relevant decision-making process.
