Procedures
Here you will understand the different procedures when you reside or rent in Aspect. The management highly recommends that you comply with these procedures to ensure your and other people�s safety.
Provide Information to the Concierge
All new residents is required to provide their contact information to the Concierge, including a copy of their residential tenancy lease agreement, if applicable.
Emergency
The building is equipped with plenty of fire safety systems located on the strategic parts of the building. When fire occurs, audible tones are transmitted throughout the building and an automatic alarm signal is sent to the Fire Brigade. Occupants must walk to the closest fire exit of the building and ends at the designated Assembly Area.
Important Note:
Never use the elevators in the event of a fire. When possible and providing it is safe to do so, all doors and windows should be closed, and any fans or air conditioning units turned off, to slow the spread of heat, fire, and smoke. All residents are required to familiarize themselves with the emergency exists and the location of all fire equipment in the building. Under no circumstances must anyone impede or tamper any fire safety equipment in the apartments or in the Common Areas. Never store boxes or position furniture that may hamper the correct operation of any fire safety device.
Fire Extinguishers
The Aspect Tower building is equipped with a Carbon Dioxide (CO2) fire extinguisher, break glass alarm and WIP (fire phone). They are located at the Fire Hose Reel Cupboard in the west corridor on every residential floor.
Moving Procedures
Moving procedures are strictly enforced by the Owner�s Corporation.
Bookings
Aspect Towers allows booking at least 24 hours before the date of actual settlement.
The booking is confirmed when the Concierge receives a copy of the removalist�s insurance policy, or a bond is paid to cover any damage or additional cleaning requirement as a result of the moving activities.
Moving Hours
Moving is allowed only during the specified times below. Only one (1) apartment is permitted to move in or out at a time. Monday - 12:00pm - 4:30pm Tuesday - 9:00am - 4:30pm Wednesday - 12:00pm - 4:30pm Thursday - 9:00am - 4:30pm Friday - 12:00pm - 4:30pm Saturday - 9:00am - 4:30pm Sunday - 9:00am - 4:30pm
Loading Dock Height Restriction
Only loading vehicles that are below 3 meters in height are allowed in the Loading Dock. Trucks that are taller than 3 meters are required to park in the loading dock. Contacting a removal truck is done by the Concierge.
Disposal of Rubbish
Garbage disposal relating to moving activities must comply with the building�s waste disposal policies at all times. All general waste must be disposed using the Garbage Chute that is available on each residential level. If the general waste is too big to fit in the Garbage Chute, then it should be deposited in the rubbish bins located at the Level 1 of the building.
All cardboards, boxes and cartons are to be deposited in the Recycling Room. Furniture and large household goods is not permitted to be abandoned.
The Concierge will actively check for any remaining items in addition to checking any damage to the Common Property before the deposit is released.
