The Executive Committee is elected during the yearly General Meeting of the Owner�s Corporation. They are formed to supervise the affairs of the Strata Plan within a 12 month period. They also make decisions and gives directions to the Building Manager and the Strata Manager. Following each Annual General Meeting, the Executive Committee at its first meeting elects a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
Other responsibilities of the Executive Committee includes acceptance of all service contracts, controls expenditure, provides Administration and Sinking Fund Budget for the following year, and presents the financial results for the past year at the Annual General Meeting.
