Balcony

Cleaning and/or watering of plants on balconies are allowed. However, one must ensure that the water will not run down the building or onto other balconies. Residents are responsible to instruct their personal cleaners to prevent stains on the walls and/or any parts of the building, refrain from creating unnecessary nuisance to other residents and avoid creating serious safety issues.

Under no circumstance is drying of clothes allowed on the balcony. It diminishes the external appearance of the building. Blinds are allowed inside the apartment as long as its colour and style coincides with the exterior building appearance. No items such as plants or other items are to be attached to the outer walls of the balconies by the residents of the apartment. All external glass accessible from each apartment is to be kept clean.

In order to maintain the cleanliness of the building, residents must not deposit or throw any rubbish, dirt, dust or other material from their balconies.
